At Sandwalk, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully before placing a request.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- The original tag must be attached to the slipper.
- The tag pin must not be removed.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, box, and cards intact.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging/accessories may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
- Original tags or tag pins are removed.
- Original packaging or box is missing.
- The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Process
Once the returned product passes the quality inspection, the exchange will be processed. In case the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative option may be provided.
Important Note
Sandwalk reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
